Hosting & Planning
In 2013, Hug The World planned and hosted their first ever solo event, the Virtual Turkey 5k benefiting Wounded Warrior. Since then, the 5k has become an annual event and our largest fundraiser. All proceeds benefit the Wounded Warrior Project. In years' past, we have hosted Rummages Sale to raise funds for all of our yearly initiatives. At Hug The World, our mission is to sponsor, host, plan, and support events and programs that reflect our purpose of an improved life for all. Our goal is to provide any possible assistance to other groups and organizations in our areas of interest, by volunteering time, donating funds, coordinating an event, or simply spreading the word!

Sponsorship
It is always an honor to be asked to support an event or group with sponsorship dollars. Of course, we really enjoy attending events and providing manpower, but we still love the opportunity to associate Hug The World with some of these amazing local causes - even if it's just our name listed as a sponsor!
In the past, HTW has sponsored a variety of events and programs. Some of these include: ZERO - The End of Prostate Cancer, the Celebrity Softball Classic, the Celebrity Basketball Extravaganza, and the Lynn Eberhard Memorial Golf Outing.
Marketing
With all of the different social media avenues and opportunities available to Hug The World, we never shy away from a bit of free marketing. Many of us at HTW have a "Why not? Let's do what we can," kind of outlook. So why not help our fellow organizations with a few simple clicks of a button?
